LNWR Observation Coach
Three Observation Coaches were built by the LNWR to diagram M50 for scenic routes such as that between Llandudno and Blaenau Ffestiniog, they ran until displaced by diesel multiple units in 1958.
One has been preserved on the Bluebell Railway.

one coach built in 1914, low eliptical roof, and angled recessed doors.
Modified over the years , in particular some paneling removed.

one coach built in 1916, low eliptical roof, and sliding doors. Virtually
identical to centre car of Oerlikon EMU train built for London .

first of the purpose built pushpull driving coaches , introduced in 1911. design similar to that of the steam railmotor.

second of the purpose built pushpull driving coaches , introduced in 1911. design similar to that of the steam railmotor. Differered slightly from M15 coach, and initially had a corridor connection at driving end.
